If an item being returned was part of a bundle or with a promotional discount, and everything is not being returned – don’t worry.
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited, and state sales tax and fees will not be reimbursed.
Once the product is received, we will process it and ship out a replacement within 7 days of receipt of the return. Since it was our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If you happen to receive an item that is defective, the incorrect product, or if it is damaged in shipping, please fill out the RMA form (click here) and select the appropriate reason for return. We are not responsible for returns not received.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If the reason for return is not a result of a Manhattan Products error, you are responsible for the cost of sending in the return. If you received a free item, or discount, by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if all items are not returned together. If any parts, including accessories and packaging, are not returned, a partial refund may be granted. Items that are dented, scratched, broken, damaged, etc. Items must be in a like-new condition. If it is not, the return will be refused by our warehouse. The RMA number MUST be on the outside of the box. Exchanges will be shipped out within 7 business days of the receipt of the return. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 business days after we process the return for the credit to reflect on your account. Returns/Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days once received. You will receive an email with the RMA number and the address to ship the item(s) to. Gather the items you want to return, along with the original contents, packaging and proof of purchase. 
If it is past this time frame, we suggest you contact the manufacturer. If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the 30-day time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products.
